Brand takedown

For brand operators who want their brand removed from Dropdog.

How takedown works

Dropdog lists boutique brands discovered through public Instagram posts, including brands that have not actively opted in. We call these anchor listings, and we honour any takedown request the brand operator makes.

  1. Email hello@dropdog.ai with subject line Takedown: <your brand name>.
  2. In the body, include the brand’s shop URL (for example, https://yourbrand.com) so we can match the listing.
  3. Confirm you are the brand owner or authorised representative. A short note is fine; no notarised paperwork required.

We remove the brand within 7 days of receipt and add the shop URL to our permanent suppression list, so the brand will not reappear even if another influencer surfaces it later. We will reply to confirm completion.

Prefer to claim instead?

If you want to keep the listing but take editorial control of the brand description, image, and drop visibility, look for the claim email we have already sent (or will send shortly) from hello@dropdog.ai. Claiming is free, confirms you as the official brand owner, and gives you a brand operator dashboard.

If you have not received a claim email, write to hello@dropdog.ai with subject line Claim: <your brand name> and we will issue one.

Why we list before asking

Boutique brands are often hard to discover. Listing publicly surfaced brands as anchor references is what makes Dropdog useful to consumers from day one, and it gives brand operators a free distribution channel they can opt into or out of. Anchor listings are never monetised, never charged, and never shown commercial placements.
